Early 2000s studded drop-waist mini dress. Blue slinky stretch fabric drapes at the waist and clings at the hips with a drop waist hem. Studded v-neckline and racer back with side ruching at the bust. Note* studs are hand embellished and should be handled delicately. In great deadstock condition.
