Late 90’s / early 2000s strappy cutout slit gown. Wide boat neckline with three quarter long sleeves. Black slinky stretch fabric clings well fitting snug to the body. Maxi length slit open cutout hem. Open cutout strappy back (worn both in front & back in photos). Made in USA. Minor thread pull on the back, see in last slide for reference. Overall in great condition.
